Feature: Submitting Help Tickets or Request Support

Description:

This feature allows you to request assistance for any issues or questions you might have regarding the platform. By accessing the Help section, you can send an email to Support Ticket or Email Support, reach us through our Facebook page, or even book a schedule for a demo, training, or other concerns.

Steps:

  1. While logged in, click the profile icon on the upper right of the screen to display a dropdown menu.

  1. In the dropdown, select the “Help” option. You should be redirected to the Support page.

  1. If you encounter an issue or need assistance, you can create a support ticket by following these steps:

    1. Click the linked email address next to “Create Support Ticket”.
    2. Compose a new email describing the issue then send it to [email protected].
  2. For general questions or support, you can contact our support team via email:

    1. Click the linked email address next to “Email Support”.
    2. Compose a new email describing your question then send to [email protected].
  3. You may reach out to us on our Facebook page by clicking the link next to “Facebook Page”.

  4. If you need a demo, training session, or another meeting, you can schedule it by following these steps:

    1. Click the link to schedule a demo. You will be redirected to Calendly in a new tab.
    2. Select your preferred date and time for the meeting.
    3. Fill out the Scheduling form - First Name, Last Name, and Email address.
    4. Click on the “Confirm” button.
  5. If you prefer real-time assistance, you can use our live chat feature to get help promptly. To do so:

    1. Click on the live chat icon on the lower right of the screen to open the chat interface.

    b. Type a brief description of your issue or question in the chat box then send your message.

    c. If prompted, enter your email address to start the chat session. This helps us to identify you and your account.
